Load up a 'competive match'
then as soon as the game starts find the nearest place that will kill you [going off the edges to fall off the map]
then the achievement should pop up
easy achievement!

For anyone that down voted they are silly and must be great at the game to struggle with never getting knocked out great guide.

This will probably happen quickly or at some point in a match since you will be new it’s just when someone kills you or you die in game
