In order to unlock Power Abilities, you need to cash in Relics throughout the different stages. You cash in these relics by going to a platform and depositing the corresponding amount. To unlock the Bounce Crates, you need to earn 60 badges by activating Common Relic Stations (this goes for all abilities).

The easiest Relic Stations to activate are the Bandicoot Launching Pads. The stage "Tiki Towers" has multiple Launching Pads that only cost 2 relics to activate. The pads also have a fast cooldown, so keep launching yourself throughout the match. You should get this achievement after a bit of grinding Relic Stations on several maps, and selecting Bounce Crates as your bonus, and win a match with it equipped.
