You must win 10 online Exhibition Ranked matches. Not in a row, but in total. Create a room, and slide the game type from 'Free Play' to 'Ranked', only Ranked wins count. Since there aren't many people online, this is best boosted with a friend. Also note that they don't need to be in a row, so you can take turns if you desire.
