The hardest thing about this achievement is finding 3 other people to play with so that you have two teams of four. Look in this thread for boosting partners. Go to Multiplayer, then Xbox LIVE, then Player Match, now create a Team match, pick one from custom match, or try your luck on quick match. Once you get four players just make sure your team wins.
