This solution will work perfectly for the Challenger and Challenge King achievements.
While online on the Community Challenges section simply pick a challenge with a red cog in the left corner (you can pick one with a tree or lightbulb but those are not needed for the achievement)
Simply complete 20 of these and the achievement will be yours. It is as simple as that.
Note: You cannot repeat the same challenge 20 times, I tried and it dosen't work.

cheers for the guide, didnt realise the red cog meant anything

If you go and set every one you complete as a favourite then you can keep track of all the ones you have done easily

Player generated challenges are denoted with a red gear when you're browsing submissions (solutions are light bulbs and free creations are trees). Simply complete any 20 DIFFERENT challenges and this will unlock. You may notice that the servers are clogged with a lot of variants of the same few challenges (the bumper car, snow lawnmower, and toboggan), you cannot complete the same upload of a challenge but you can complete all of its duplicates and they will still count.
As of April 13, 2012 this achievement is no longer obtainable due to the servers being shut down.
