Simply go to your menu, select world tools, then creatures and start placing one of each. You can’t place them all at once, so you will have to reset your creation after placing several, simply place several different creatures at a time until you have placed them all. Since earning sparks also unlocks one game element, such as creatures, decorations, stickers, etc. You will have to earn most of the sparks to have unlocked all creatures.

There are 48 animals total. They do not need to be placed all at once, just once at one point in time in the game. It is best to attempt this achievement when you have all or most of the Sparks because new animals are unlocked rather frequently. (Utahraptors, Crocodiles, and Komodo Dragons are the best though!)

In total, there are 48 species of animals in the game, so as not to miss each one as it opens, I advise you to check the list:

Wolf (grey), wolf (polar), Egyptian dog, camel, dinosaurs (red, blue, yellow), alligator, elephant, gorilla, kangaroo, cheetah, orangutan, ostrich, penguin, polar bear, bengal tiger, white bengal tiger, and two types of Bengal tiger cubs, a black leopard, a cat, a dog, a gila monster, a swamp creature (red and green), a panda, small droids (white, red, blue), larger droids (red, green and blue), an octopus (red, blue), grizzly bear, deer, dragon (blue, red, green), horses (brown, black and white-brown), unicorn, horse in armor, rabbit (gray and white), troll.
