Hello all I have attached a video guide for all collectibles in each of the 4 regions. You can track what you are missing in that region by opening the world map and it will show you the collectibles. Video will show all wind chimes, antari statues, permanent upgrades, and censers.
Everything in the game is missable, as once you finish a region you cannot travel back to it (except the Tamura Grasslands) and there is no end game. (The game will give you a warning each time.)
Important note Be careful rescuing all the creatures right away. You can also lock yourself out of the collectibles if you rescue all the creatures in an area before using them to solve a puzzle for a collectible.

Each region has some that you can't reach until you get the power/ability for the region. Make sure you get everything before finishing the region as you are unable to return once you complete it. There is a warning/point of no return which actually tells you if you are missing stuff with a yellow highlighted message. Once you have everything in a region the yellow message saying you might be missing stuff disappears and the point of no return simply says you won't be able to come back to the area afterwards.
The grasslands has a few collectibles you cannot get until you have all the abilities.

There's one wind chime in Tamura Grasslands, If you complete Nari jungle you can't get. Make sure you complete everything you can, with the powers you have at the time, before completing an area.
