When you get to the point in Nari Jungle Biome when you have to recharge the cog so you can advance to the following region, you will be asked if you are sure because you won’t be able to came back to this particular biome. If you say yes, you will have this achievement, but if you want to obtein other achievements you have to make sure you have all the collectibles in this area before going forward. You will always be able to go back to Tamûra grasslands, the first region, but not to here. So, this a the guide (NOT MINE) I used to help me complete the area:
