There are two locations in Maruba Swamp that this can be earned at, the first is Aleph Primes Study Center, and the other is Blue Food Woods. (It's possible there are more locations).
Make sure you don't clear the animals of infection as you will need to use them to attack you to get the debuffs as well as using the plants in the area.

Great video. I spent about 20 minutes trying to get it in the first location, finally gave up, and got it on the first try in the second location. Highly recommend doing it there.
