I got this after completing the Jungle region and returning to the Grasslands. I was at this spot here:
In this area, there are 4 Ura and 2 Kraj. Make a manual save in case you don't get it. You'll also need the "Chain Unchained" ability for the Nafitar, as this will allow you to "chain as many entities as you like in the beam".
I managed to get this screenshot as the achievement unlocked (I chained 5/6):
The trick is to start the chain by pressing
as you normally would, then essentially constantly press 
to dash and add on more creatures to the chain.
