You can do this on any mode, but I did this with Joe Root of England in an Ashes Test match, because you need to average 66 with him anyways. Simply, play grounded shots throughout with mainly 
, or you can play aggressive ground shots by pressing 
once and pressing 
, but the former is the preferred method. This can be done with two controllers also. so you can control the fielding team too.
You may also want to do this with your career rookie player, as you need to make five centuries with it for an achievement also.
