How to unlock the I Can Follow This achievement in Cricket 19 - Definitive Guide
Two controller method with Standard control schemes to leave less things to chance, you will basically only be bowling yorkers in the entire match at different lines.
First, go to New Competition from the Competition menu and select "Test World Championship". proceed until the option to play game appears.
Choose to play the first match and pick the better side for your primary profile (I had West Indies vs India conveniently). Add a second controller with guest or second profile and choose the opponent's side. Mash A all the way through to starting the actual match.
At the toss, whoever wins, make sure that your opponent's team are batting first. Simulate the innings until the last wicket by ONLY using the "Simulate after each wicket" option, keep all others off. Two paths can happen here;
Path 1: Opponent team scores more than 200 with more wickets remaining.
In this case, stop simulating and pick your best fast bowler. Select Yorker with , and then without changing the line with , time your Faster paced ball () with the light green bars to get Perfect jump and Effort Ball release. In most cases, this will go straight at the stumps and will either hit the wickets clean or the batsman's pad. Use to appeal if it hits the pad. Continue until all wickets are lost.
Path 2: Opponent team scores less than 200 with last wicket remaining.
In this case, you will be doing pretty much the same as the last step, with the addition of using to change the Line of the ball so it always goes to furthest possible side behind the batsman's back (the line should be pointing at the Off-side or Leg-side text next to the circle depending on the batsman's direction). Ideally, this should be fast and wide enough for the keeper to miss and the ball to trickle to the boundary for 5 total runs. Sometimes the keeper does dive and make the catch, but you still get 1 run for the wide. Make sure to move any fielders in the semi circle behind the keeper to avoid them picking it up before it reaches the boundary by using the Field Editor option in the Tactics menu.
Continue this until the score is over 200 and Declare from the Tactics menu.
Now you will have your team's first innings. You cannot immediately declare, so use your opponent's team to get one wicket using the Yorker method in Path 1. Then use your primary profile to declare.
Your opponent should get an option to enforce follow-on if the lead is above 200 runs! Choose to Enforce and you should be led to your team's second innings.
Just simulate your second innings to whatever total your team can make, because the opponent team will not score anyway.
During the last innings of the game, use the Yorker method from Path 1 again and clear out the 10 wickets to pop the achievement.
Hope this helps, please comment to let me know how I can do better!

Excellent method! One thing, though..
Spin bowler. Opposite side from batsman. Move batsman back, Yorker in the light green. Wicket EVERY time.

Instead of perfect/lucky bowls, bowl with main, hit x with 2nd, throw a wicket with main. Super easy

To be forced to follow on (bat again before the opposing team bats a second time) in your first batting innings you have to score over 200 less runs than the other team, in which they can enforce the follow on
Complete this in the Ashes mode, controlling Only Joe Root, play on the lowest possible difficulty, win the toss and bowl first, simulate through Australia's batting innings, and through until Root comes out to bat, In my save Australia scored 300, i batted with Root until i was 202 runs behind before declaring the innings (in the tactics option in the pause menu,) here I was then told to follow on.
A tip for when batting on the lowest difficulty is just to play attacking strokes, scoring as quickly as possible, and just quitting to the main menu if you get out before you feel comfortable defending that total.
When you bat again, you will need to score the bulk of your teams runs, in my game i scored 380 with a team score of 720, leading Australia to need 500+ to win, simulate through the rest of the game, all going well your team should bowl Australia out before they get the runs required and the achievement will be yours!
