To unlock this achievement, you have to take all ten wickets in an innings as pace bowlers. You don't have to get all ten with the same pace bowler, you can do it with two.
I did this in an Ashes Series match, playing as England, with a second controller playing as Australia. When you bowl, make sure your first two bowlers are James Anderson and Stuart Broad. They should be the first two by default, however if they are not, pause the game, go to Tactics and set Anderson and Broad as your first two bowlers. Once you do this, bowl Fast Yorkers (
to start, then 
in the light green zones). You will either hit the stumps, or at the very least hit the batsmans pads. If it goes off the batsman, press 
to appeal the decision. It'll be a coin flip if the umpire calls the batsman out, but keep trying and you'll eventually get the out. Keep going until you have all ten wickets and you'll unlock the achievement.
