Play a T20 world championship as West Indies only. I simmed until the semi final then done the 2 controller method. Won semis then the final and this then popped. Make sure to only select west indies otherwise won't pop.

Second controller never seems to connect anymore, unless I'm doing something horribly wrong. Or if it is a Cloud Gaming issue.

I had issues with it connected on console sometimes. I had to hard close the game then reload it. It only seemed to happen if I went idle for a while. Hope this helps.
