I know a fair few people have been having some issues with this one unlocking. I had issues too and thought it was bugged but I stuck with it and finally cracked it.
I had bowled well over 20 overs as my character without joy on multiple occasions, in the end I just loaded up an ashes series picked England and bowled 20 overs without simulation and ensuring no wides or no balls were bowled, thankfully it popped!

Yup, one match, I bowled 10 overs with Broad and 10 with Anderson and it popped
