This is simpler than it sounds. Using two controllers, have your main account bowl against your dummy's batsman. Let the ball go past to the wicketkeeper and command the dummy batsman to run. Then have your wicketkeeper toss the ball at the stumps for an easy run out, and this will register as a direct hit for the achievement.

If you have your fielders set to fully simulated, they do it for you

the buttons also does help you no... to make them run which i believe is x on a xbox ty
