This is the "One Day" mode in World Championship.
Pick a side. Have your second controller pick the other side. Have your other controller bat.
Bowl once with your main (just press A and let it run).
Then, with your second controller, press pause => Tactics => Declare => Yes, Do It! You have to have bowled once to declare. (Also, you ONLY have to bowl once to declare.)
Innings switch. Press A on your second, and swing away on your main. As soon as you score, you'll win the game.
