At the main menu, go to settings and select 'Custom Difficulties'. Press at 'New' and change 'AI Base Difficulty' to Rookie, then back out pressing , and you'll see 'New Difficulty 1', that's your saved settings. Then play match selecting any two teams, and on the 'Match Infomation' screen, go to 'Match Settings' and highlight difficulty, selecting your custom difficulty. Play through the match however you want, but I chose to play a T20 match with two controllers, with my main account bowling first and letting the second controller score one run, and declared. Then when batting, just smashed a six to finish the game off, popping the achievement afterwards.

Go to settings and create a new custom difficulty setting just by changing sliders to Easy and Easiest
Start a new game.
Select teams. I choose England vs USA
In match options. Select the custom difficulty you created in first place
Start the match
After the Toss, play some pitches and after pause and simulate until the end of the game.
Achievement should pop.
