As the description says, you have to win a match with the West Indies. I completed this in a T20 match.
I did a T20 match with two controllers, with my main account bowling first and letting the second controller face the first ball without scoring, then had the second controller declare. Then when batting with my main controller, all I had to do was score a single run. The achievement will pop after the match.
