I ended up getting it after playing a Women's Ashes Match, having already got the achievement for winning the Women's Ashes so if you think you've done them all it may be worth going back though again.
The quickest method is using two controllers and having one team declare which can be done even in limited overs games once 1+ run is on the Board.

I've just been through all of these twice, and no achievement. I hope they haven't screwed up and added the new DLC mode The Hundred to the requrements.
