How to unlock the Net Benefit achievement in Cricket 22 - Definitive Guide

Once in career mode, select training, Nets Training. Once this has loaded and you are in the nets you can pause the game and Exit.

Do this 5 times and the achievement will unlock, as far as I can tell you do not need to actually play any shots.

Yeah I got this by entering the session then quitting straight away

I know it says it in the solution but just to clarify, doing Nets Training from the main menu does not work. You have to start career mode and do it in there. I had to play about 3 matches (first one I wasn't even involved in so it simmed the whole game) before I had the option to choose Nets Training before the next game.
