From the Main Menu

Go to Play -> Career -> Create New Men's Career

Selection Difficulty -> Easiest
Auto Skip to Career Player -> Enabled

Now create your own player. You will have an exchange where the game assumes you are a certain type of player. Choose "I don't know where you heard that" and then alter your role. Make yourself a Batter and select Opener for Batting Position. Your Bowling Type does not matter as you won't be bowling.

It does not matter which country you choose to represent but I chose Sri Lanka.

Select your county team followed by your club team. Now advance through the last couple of speech pop-ups.

Your appearance and kit does not matter to the achievement so choose what you see fit.

Next up is archetype, I chose Big Hitter

For Weakness, I chose control.

Next up is Perks and I chose the following;

Body Builder
T20 Slogger
Performer
Power Hitter
Slogger
Pure Power
Batting Master

For the Fielding Positions I also wouldn't take much notice. The fielding will be simmed.

You will then need to play one of each type of mode. T20, ODI and a 3 Day Test. Inbetween each you will be introduced to the types of training you can do.

Now simply all you need to do is abuse the save mechanism. Just go for six on every shot (Aggressive Shot is ). The game autosaves after every over, so if you get bowled out just quit to the main menu and then load back in and keep trying. I usually built up 200 runs and that was enough to win no matter the mode. Should not take long too long to get called up to the international scene!
