I really tried hard to get this one on the rookie player but I can't get any sponsor even though I got selected and played for an international team. when I read the achievement description again, I started to think that it didn't mention "get a sponsor as a player/rookie player" just described as "get your first sponsor in career mode" So I found the best way to get this achievement is...
Start a new career mode save as an existing player and choose England Team and "Joe Root" as a player, he'll get a captain role for England and other league teams quickly. just spam to simulate matches and you'll get your first sponsor message shortly and press to accept, then the achievement will pop. It took me less than 5 minutes to get this achievement after I realized that description didn't mention "as a player" like the other achievements.

This will come naturally whilst playing through your career, my first sponsorship was offered shortly after being selected for England.
