In the menu, there is an option to start a Hundred match, select it, make sure to play as a star player and check the icon next to the players name to find a high rated batsman, select who you find good to play as. Start a match and go into the options, go down and click settings and go into the difficulty settings and set everything to easiest. If you are batting second, make sure the target is well above 100 runs, this is why its ideal to be batting first here. Just simulate the match by going into the settings if the target is less than 100 runs. When you are batting, use

I would add, if you're unfortunately chasing a lower total like I was, unlike in other forms of cricket, the bowler changes ends every two overs (ten deliveries) instead of every over. You can keep one batter on strike by trying to get one run every tenth ball instead of hitting a six, so one batter scores all the runs.
If, also like me, you got caught on 99, resetting to the dashboard will take you back to the beginning of that over so you can continue.
