Scored a boundary by edging the ball

How to unlock the Just Enough Bat achievement in Cricket 24 - Definitive Guide

This can be achieved in two ways.
1. Playing normally on medium difficulty or above. Try driving every ball off side and eventually you will find an edge and boundary. Or try playing an aggressive (loft shot with cn_B) straight drive on a bouncer. This will sometime edge and goes above the keeper to boundary.
2. Alternatively the absolute easy way is to watch the AI partner edge and boundary the ball. When playing any competition as star player or your rookie career, don’t skip the balls faced by AI partner when he/she is facing pace bowling, particularly on Limited overs match. There will be shot balls and the AI will mostly try to drive the them resulting in edge and boundary. Should get this within the first 20 balls that you watch them play.

Thank you! I tried to get this myself but I did the second method and the batsman took only a few balls to edge the ball for four. I genuinely didn't know AI partners can help with this achievement.

How does the AI strat work exactly? How do you get an AI partner?

@storminTM When in career code play just as your chosen player and not as the team. This will let you control only your player and the rest of the team actions are automatically controlled by AI.

At what game setting should you be playing in the second method?

Already stated on the guide. Career mode as your chosen player or any competition with a star player.
