How to unlock the Ping! achievement in Cricket 24 - Definitive Guide

In the main menu, there will be an option to play online matches. Select it and press the first option, which is Quick Match. Should take around a minute or two to find a match, if it takes too long, exit and select quick match again. Once you find an online match, select any team. If you win the toss, make sure to always bat first, let me explain:
Once you face the first ball, press
on your controller and go down to the tactics section, click it and press "Declare", this will end your innings and will start the second innings, assuming you didnt score any runs when you faced the first ball, the opponent's target will be 1. Bowl a wide and the opponent will win the match, it doesnt matter if you lose the matches, this will make the matches way shorter. If you bowl first, just play through the match, its a 5 over match so it isnt that long and declare in the second innings, or, you can forfeit and keep trying until you can bowl first.
At the end of the match, the game may be stuck in a black screen for a while, DO NOT exit the game because it won't count as you playing the match, just wait until you are eventually brought into the main menu.
Do this 6 times for the achievement.
EDIT #1: Achievement seems to be bugged, Sebacean Hybrid and Nanbag have said it doesn't seem to unlock. The method I described worked perfectly for me, its possible that it doesn't work for some people but who knows.

Achievement seems to be glitched. I've played about 40 online matches either full games or using the above method. Haven't ever quit out at the black screen, not popped.
Edit: it's definitely counting the games, on the leaderboard I've got 9 wins and probably many more losses.

It's not working for me either, not sure my exact count to be honest but I feel like it should've popped by now. I haven't been getting the black screen, but on the match summary I hit A to proceed and it fairly quickly takes me to the main menu
Edit: Did 7 matches in one sitting, although one ended in the other team forfeiting so who knows if that actually counted, no achievement.
Edit 7/27/24: Add another 10 matches, I had to bowl all 5 overs but then lost my wickets as soon as I could after finishing the first over each time getting the black screen at the end. At the end of each match with the scoreboard on screen, I would wait for them to stop talking before I hit A to proceed.

To add insult to injury I lost EVERY SINGLE coin toss
In the leaderboard it even shows that I have 7 wins. I guess add this to the list of games I'll never finish because it's glitched.
