Getting this naturally will take time as its not guaranteed that you will calling for the toss every time. To ensure that we get to call tails, go to play now from main menu. The default will be Australia vs England all the time with Australia as home team and England as visitors. The visitors always gets to call the toss while the home team tosses the coin. So naturally pick England and start the match. Press to skip all the animations but not fast enough to select Heads. The choice is prompted after the stumps/pitch vision. Select Tails and hope that you win the toss. If won Select Bat/Bowl, keep a manual count and then exit the match. Repeat as needed. If you lose the toss, immediately exit and try again. With probability of getting a tails 50-50 you can either get this real quick or can take 30/45 minutes of grinding.

Once you have won 1 coin toss, select bat or bowl and then exit straight after. When you get back to the menus, just resume your game and you'll be back at the start to win the coin toss again and again, you'll never lose.
