How to unlock the Impossible Dreamer achievement in Crime Boss: Rockay City - Definitive Guide

BAD END

This is for completing a mandatory mission that appears when Sherriff Norris' investigation bar reaches 100%.
The way to raise the bar is to hire crew members and run a few crimes each day. Your heat meter will increase and make the missions harder, so simply keep running money missions every day exhausting all team members and only spend money on defending turf.

You will get chances to pay off officials or bribe cops, simply ignore these to keep the heat on.
Avoid picking the reduce investigation speed perks while leveling up.

I managed to get this mission to appear after consistently doing crimes every day and no main missions around day 25.

You will have to flee the city and the mission is simply to run away from attackers and get to the extraction point. Ymmv but I only had one teammate start with me on the last mission.

This is the bad ending - not exactly a failed ending. The fastest way to get this is to get bad ratings on your missions. At the end of them, there's a 3-star rating you'll get. You get 0.5% added to your investigation meter after almost all missions aside from convoy missions, no matter what. For each star you fail to get, you get an additional 0.5% added. 1 of the stars is always to not hurt any civilians (these are only unarmed people), another star is always for completing the main objective (failing missions can speed this up, but the lack of income would make It impossible eventually). The third star can be several different objectives, which will be presented to you as "bonuses." So, you'll want to kill a civilian on every mission, purposefully avoid the bonus objective, and do NOT bribe the cops if the opportunity arises when moving on to the next day. Also, I recommend skipping convoy missions, as they seem to always lower your investigation meter by about 5%. Meanwhile, you need to maintain at least one territory and enough money to defend it; so as not to fail the campaign. On the other hand, make sure to leave at least one territory to a rival gang, because that will cause you to complete the campaign before Norris chases you out of town. With all of this in mind, keep pushing until you get your investigation meter to 100%, and try to progress other achievements along the way while your at it, because it will probably take around 20 in-game days or so.
