If you're this far then you already know how to play the game, do the last mission on stealth, all the way to the point where it asks you to override instead of destroying the robots after planting the emp bombs. Rebooting adds a robot to your team. Reasons why you do it in stealth is because the final part is the hardest in the game and need all 3 members and robot to help you defeat the final boss. Going in guns blazing is not the way due to useless friendly AI.
