I find Lava Lake - thinning the heard to be the easiest level to get an S rank in. Just focus on killing the worms fast. Then you have to kill a dragon. It's an easy level. Repeat level 3 times. That's what I did.

First time guide!
sStar Killer's guide works well, but I find that the mission "The Lichfield" is much easier. With Darkshould Chaos or a Bloodskin Magma, the mission can be done in under 2 minutes (excluding cinematics).
My average times for the four sections were:
0:18
0:22
0:24
0:12
The mission is quick and easy and I got the achievement around 5 minutes.
Side note: If you do the mission two more times after completing the achievement, you will also unlock this week's challenge for 20 'S' rank sections in multiplayer.

This requires you to earn an overall rank of "S" in a stage three times, not the individual ranks. Pick an easy level you can get consistently and replay it.
