To buy a dragon, go to the shop and choose "Buy Dragons". There are 5 dragons in shop, each require a different player level. Keep playing and gaining experience until you reached the required player level. You only need to buy 3 dragons for the achievement.

* Darkshoulder Breeze - Level 3 - 10,000 credits
* Silvertail Photon - Level 5 - 20,000 credits
* Blackbone Photon - Level 8 - 30,000 credits
* Golden Mohawk Smolder - Level 12 - 40,000 credits
* Snow Wing Breeze - Level 15 - 50,000 credits

bought 3 dragons and achievement says 100% but is still locked and hasn't given me the points

I am sorry to hear that. The game is very buggy. I have many achievements not unlocking. Maybe it will unlock for you when you buy another dragon.

Mine unlocked fine yesterday when I bought my third dragon. Beware there are some troubles with unlocking achievements, see more in Xbox One Achievements
