How to unlock the Roger That! achievement in Crimson Dragon - Definitive Guide
This can be a pain as as you have to ensure that Kinect recognises you, mine wasn't as I was reclining so had to sit up and re-calibrate kinect.
Obviously you need to have a wingman in the game which you get around the 4th mission.
Raise your hand above your head in a mission and say either :-
Advance Forward
Fall Back
Assault
Depending were the wingman is.
Edited my spelling mistake as pointed out by The Radia :D
Edit 2 : It has been pointed out that you may have to put your hand on your head instead of raising it, I personally raised it above my head but if its not working try that instead.
EDIT 3 - From CTM AudiR56 - Press the two square "back" button on the menu screen to bring up a box that show a green stick figure outline of your body. Couldn't get it to see my hand until I stood about 6ft back and had my body fully seen in the center of the box. Then held the controller to my chest, and shot my right hand over my head and finally got it to come up. Held my hand in place until in mission, then lowered it and shot it right back up the same way to finally get it to show in game.
EDIT 4 - From MatrikzHH - Beware, that you have to use the commands in the language of your console. I'm from Germany, so I had to say "Drachenhöhle", "Shop" and "Inventar".
EDIT 5 - From Darkest Nirvana - I stood about two feet back from where my Kinect was. Raise your hand straight into the air. Take a step towards your Kinect (to be closer to its mic) and say loudly and as clearly as possible the commands. Was able to do all of these with little trouble once I figured this out.

@Bleeding Heaven, I don't, but if you pause the game and go to "help" you can find a section about Voice Commands where you can see them.

After some rigourous testing based on Nerd For Truth's solution, it has become apparent that the Kinect sensor actually calibrates itself on game start-up based on where you are standing or sitting. So, from the dashboard, start the game up whilst you are standing approximately 5 feet away from the sensor, and don't move a muscle. This will allow the game to calibrate your general position, and from there, all commands will work with a simple hand raise. Best of luck.

100% worked for me. I quit the game from the dashboard and whem starting up I was already standing up about 6 feet away. It took some time but raising my right hand up as if swiping across the sensors of the kinect and the in game microphone FINALLY pop up. Thank you for the help much appreciated

You are absolutely right about the recalibration on start of the game independent of the Xone. I started a fresh launch of the game and held my right arm straight and about 45 degrees down to make sure my hand would be recognized and held it there until the game had finished it's startup. I then acted normally other than remaining in the same sitting position. Once in the game I brought my arm back to the same position I held for startup then simply raised my hand to the side of my head. I did this at least 4 times in a row resulting in a successful activation of the voice prompt. I then started a mission with a wingman and activated the voice prompt on the first attempt and used the "advance forward" command which resulted in the immediate unlock of the "Roger That" achievement. Hope this helps someone. Thanks for your help iTz FuRiBaDo xZ

As the others said, raise your hand above your head, when you'll do it right, you'll see a mic symbol on the screen.
The german commands are: Vorrücken, Rückzug, Angriff
The german commands are: Vorrücken, Rückzug, Angriff
This achievement requires the use of Kinect. Before a mission, assign a wingman and while flying, raise your hand to your head (like a cool communicator) - or just pick your nose, anything to make Kinect acknowledge you and make a microphone appear on the screen. Say the words "Advance Forward" if the wingman is behind you, or "Fall Back" if the wingman is in front. You can manually move the wingman with the up and down on the d-pad as well, but the achievement requires an acknowledged voice command.
