You should complete the first museum exploration and the second to make things easier. After that, talk to Mother Superior in the Cathedral outside of town. Then interact with the projector to the left in the past at the university. Finally, find the interaction point in the middle of town, unlocking the achievement during a conversation. I was about 9 and a half hours into the game when I unlocked it.
