Story related, can't be missed

This unlocks after defeating the living forge in the laboratory in Cinder. You will need Mathias to time hop to the past to see a cutscene in the lab. Then knock over the green bottle on the table on the right and push the safe under it. Finally have Mathias time hop into the future to collect the journal. Return to the present and leave the area to head back to Cinder Town to give it to Orola. Then talk to Mathias to sleep overnight. In the morning, you will unlock the achievement. I was about 17 hours into the game when I unlocked it.
