** Wavebracer - It is a bit later than the above. After deactivating all 4 terminals, you will be required to go again to the underground of each ruin. It is well hidden behind a cracked wall in Underground Tuliran Passage. There's a part there that you need to push the box/pillar to complete the path so you can walk on top of it. Before you do that, move the box to the right until you see a cracked wall that you can break using this box.
Don’t worry about money, you will get plenty while progressing through Crystallis Town and during later dungeons.

Pick up one of every piece of gear in the game. 99% of these are available through the shop with exception of the Gauntlet of the Ancients and the Wavebracer. These two items are exclusively in chests and are found in the Cinder Ruins and Neva Tulira Ruin Generator areas respectively.

On my second playthrough I haven't found the Wavebracer yet, the chest it was supposed to be in contained a mixed potion thingy. Based on this I am concerned that the loot dropped by chests might just be sequence based, not location based. If you don't get 100% of the chests you might not be able to find wavebracer. 3rd playthrough it is

At the end, seems to be missing the "distortion ring" and I can't find it at the Cinder armory.

Distortion ring is definitely purchasable, and also a free reward for a Cinder quest.
