In Chapter 10, after descending down into the area known as the Depths of Judgment, proceed to the first save point you see.
LOVELESS - PROLOGUE
- You'll find this tablet immediately next to you. Examine it and read it and then move on.
LOVELESS - ACT II
- If you exit the area to the east, you'll enter the Howling Fang. This'll be a hallway that ends with a fenced off area containing a Behemoth King. Examine the tablet here.
LOVELESS - ACT III
- Take the western exit from the Depths of Judgment to reach the Portal of Severance. You'll find this tablet right in front of you. Examine this one.
LOVELESS - ACT I
- Head to the southern exit of the Depths of Judgment. This'll be in a caved area that leads to the Lake of Oblivion. Examine this one, and proceed into the next area.
Finally, there will be 5 glowing crystals all around this area. Make sure to examine each and every one of them and kill the enemy that spawns at each one of these. After killing the fifth, a cutscene will play and this achievement will pop.
