The Achievement description was a little confusing. I thought it meant big sized vehicles. So after destroying 10 buses I was wondering why it didn't pop.
YOU need to be big sized. In Level 10-4 there is a power up that makes you big. Grab it and destroy ten vehicles. If you don't get it to pop on your first try just restart the wave and go again.

If you miss the wave reset, 10-6 has another opportunity

You get the power up even earlier in 6-8 so you can get this out of the way before you get to level 8-10 which should be your final achievement.
