more of a note than a guide but there are a total of 5 challenge slots that you can view from the garage menu via the ! icon (click on 2nd last icon to view these).
slot one will be for playing a total of 14 hours in a week
slot two will be for play for 120 minutes in a day (cycles to next day if started)
neither of these count for this achievement!
slots three to five are what count. one will open everyday but will remain until complete. if you have not logged on for two days then you will have two challenges, not on for three days then have three.

challenges can range from things like play 7 raids, win 5 battles etc to kill 20 enemies with machines. They are random and fairly simple. log in and complete 30 of these and the achievements yours

It does not say CHALLENGES in the game menu(s) or are TASKS the same as CHALLENGES ??

Hey sorry, I haven't been on the game in a while and just booted it up there. Yes they have changed a few things in the update since I last played and they are now under the daily tasks and weekly tasks which are located under the *!* Mark to the right of your profile picture on the top bar

Thanks to the new update there are now 12 daily missions you can do in one day.
There are progressive stages for completing raids, missions(pvp), using the market, and using specific types of weaponry.
They reset at 6 MST everyday.
