Crowalt: Traces of the Lost Colony

After staying in the inn for the night you learn you need to make some money. Walk up to the pirates and talk to them. You'll go through a conversation and enter a mini-game called Five Finger Fillet. It's a set of directional button prompts as a QTE. Get through the mini-game successfully and you get the achievement.
