Once you've completed Day 1 Realm of Nightmares you will begin Day 2 which is split into 3 stages. Enter Gears of Sorrow and open Superior and Ultimate Chests for a chance to receive a Dream Fragment as a reward. Complete challenges until you collect all 5 to unlock the achievement.
You may also receive Dream Fragments from other stages if you've found all 5 for that stage (eg. all Gears of Sorrow fragments have been collected, instead you receive a Witchcraft of Fear fragment instead.

So ist this missable? If i finish all of day 2 but did not get all fragments?
