How to unlock the Prolific achievement in Crusader Kings III - Definitive Guide
This will come within a normal playthrough as long as you're fairly successful within the game.
A quick way to get the achievement is to use a ruler who subscribes to a religion that allows polygamous marriage as this allows you to have a wife and three concubines. Where possible, marry/take women with the fecund and lustful traits. This will most likely also lead to you having a suitable reason to divorce your wife when she gets to an age around 40 as she will most likely have an affair with another ruler. This in turn will allow you to marry another woman who is around 20 years old, facilitating production of more children.
Using the above method, I have recently unlocked the achievement using a create a ruler character, toward the end of my second generation ruler's life (around age 57) I hit the 100 members required.

You will get this achievement almost automatically during a playthrough as any of the Ivaring brothers in the "Wrath of the Norsemen" scenario, since those rulers are all part of one already quite big and famous dynasty. All members of your dynasty count, not only your own offspring. Also a very good scenario to unlock the achievements about dynasty fame and dynastie legacies. The Jimena dynasty in the Iberian heriditary war scenario or the Karling dynasty in the scenario about the split realm of the Franks are good for those achievements too for the same reason (provided you subdue your rival siblings without going on a mass execution spree ;-) ).
