Crusader Kings III

Start a new game in AD 867 as Jarl Björn 'Ironside' of Uppland (make sure you have enabled Ironman mode!). Björn has the honest trait, which makes him a perfect fit to reach the highest stress levels fast.

From the start, you can keep creating murder schemes until the achievement unlocks. When you have maxed out the stress meter 3/3, unpause the game and the achievement will pop!
