Just an FYI for those attempting this - achievement will unlock if you take the decision with a male character as well. The description is misleading, if you look at the in-game "possible" unlocks - it does not mention anything about having to be a female. As long as the option is there and achievement shows up as "possible" your good to go.

To become a witch, you must first be approached by someone who is a witch. This is a random event. You won't be able to force it, so be patient. This event will have a woman come into your court and try to convert you into following the Horned God. Make sure you select the appropriate decision to do so.

Accusations of Witchcraft Event: I would highly suggest to take the option "A witch you say? I could use a new advisor." While this is not 100% guaranteed that the character will have the witch trait, there is a possibility. If the character ends up having the witch trait, there is a decent chance of them converting you. More likely if you put them in some sort of position of authority, such as having them as your Court Physician.
