Select King Alfonso VI Campaign (1066, Iberia in Pieces )
On the bottom of the screen you will see "game rules" click on this and enable Ironman. Make sure difficulty is set to normal or higher in order to obtain achievements and then click on close. Start the campaign.
- Click on Character Portrait in bottom left of screen.
- Under siblings right click on your sister and choose imprison.
- Under Family right click on your mother and choose imprison.
- Right click on the sister you chose to imprison and choose execute.
- Right click on your mother and choose execute.

Good guide. Chance to imprison the sister is low. Will have to be lucky or win a short war against her.
