All you’ve got to do to unlock this achievement is to get a Hook on a Vassal (send your Spymaster to get one, or you can even ‘Fabricate’ one with the ‘Truth is Relative’ Intrigue Perk), then use it to Modify their Feudal Contract.
That, or you can take the easy way and start a game with King Harold of England in the year 1066, who possesses a Strong Hook on one of his Vassals.

Whilst playing in Ironman Mode I found the easiest way to do this is by being a Dynasty Head. Make one of your children into a vassal by granting them land and then modify their contact using the Dynasty Head hook.
