How to unlock the Seductive achievement in Crusader Kings III - Definitive Guide

I chose the 1066 start year and played as Duke Konrad of Luxembourg but this achievement can be achieved with any character you wish to play as no matter the gender or start date.
(Note: If a character is asexual, if a character is under the age of 18 or if a character is homosexual and you aren't their gender, they will not be available to seduce)
The best way to increase your chances at seducing people is to go for the right side of the Seducer skill at the Intrigue Lifestyle. These perks will increase the chance/percentage of succesfully seducing a character.
To seduce a person you have to right-click on them and select the Seduce option. It doesn't matter if you go for married persons or unmarried persons, however there is an chance the person you want to seduce "loves their husband or wife" and thus isn't an option for you to seduce.
I suggest you only seduce characters that have a percentage of 80% or higher but if you follow my tips you will probably find more then 10 people that have the max %(aka 95%) and pin every character you have seduced so you know how many you have left. (To pin a character you have to select them so you see their portrait and then click on the litte pin above the character.)
Before you fully seduced a character you will get the option lay with them for one time or you can become their lover. I suggest you choose the option where you lay with them once and then go seduce the next character.

Aside from the "loves their husband or wife" modifier, which makes seduction tantamount impossible, married characters also have negative success modifiers if they aren't lustful and/or are righteous, timid or zealous personalities and adultery is considered a crime by their faith, so married characters are often more difficult to seduce than unmarried characters. Also, if the spouse finds out, they are likely to become your rival.

Going for a character at a foreign court who isn't the ruler themselves comes with a risk to get thwarted by the ruler (remember that kinda pointless " a snake in court" pop-up where you call the guards on random npcs who try to seduce one of your courtiers? That can happen to you too if you are the one trying to seduce someone at someone elses court. I believe it is a your intrigue vs local ruler's intrigue skill check, but if you don't have a special reason to seduce one particular character, it's best to avoid that additional obstacle alltogether by picking only targets who are either rulers or members of your own court.

General success chance is also greatly influenced by character trait compability and their general opinion of you and you have a big bonus on success chance when the target is your wife or concubine. So if you want to do this achievement casually during a longer campaign in which you work on other long term goals and would rather have some more useful lifestyle perks for your character than those from the seduction skill tree, it can be done very easily without any of those special perks by just seducing your wifes with a faith that allows either concubines (whom you can always dump and replace as you see fit) or that has polygamy and allows free divorce. That way to do it doesn't even come with negative fame traits and devotion loss.

1066, Byzantine Empire, play as any character. Turn on the Iron Will mode.
Take the perks: Elusive Shadow, Seducer, Charm. We throw the remaining points into intrigue.
Focus temptation, download the Seducer branch.
We seduce our wife, then the wives of our dukes.
Let's quickly rewind time.
We repeat until we have seduced 10 people.
