Goto brawl night, champ 6 & fight Gabriel Ribeiro and select Marcus Luz then hit X instead of A, you’re welcome.

For all of these achievements for playing with someone as Ella's Mayhem in single player, from the main menu, scroll right to the Brawl Fight section and choose it. Tab (
) over to "7 - Champ." You should have the first fight, again Ryan Johnson, unlocked and available to play (if not, you may need to progress a bit farther in Story Mode). Choose this option, and at the character select screen simple choose the character for each of these achievements. The corresponding achievement will unlock as soon as the fight starts, so you can pause and quit, then repeat for the next character.
The only exception is this achievement itself, since Ryan Johnson isn't a selectable character. To play as him, put your cursor on Marcus Luz and press

to play as Ryan Johnson.
