From the main menu, select Brawl Night if you have a single controller or Vs. Mode if you have 2 controllers.
If in Brawl Mode, select the first fight against O’Bryan, then select Faust as your fighter. Once the fight starts, let Faust get beat up a bit and give some punches to build up his power in the bottom left corner. Once it shows a crown in the bottom left, let Faust get hit and press
+
as you get hit to execute a breaker.
If you are using 2 controllers, select VS. Mode. Select Faust as your character with controller 1 and any character with the second controller. Select the venue to proceed. Use controller 2 to beat on your controller 1 to build controller 1’s power. When controller 1 gets a crown in the bottom left, hit controller 1 with controller 2 and press+ on controller 1 as you get hit to execute a breaker.

I don't think the mode matters for these achievements. You just have to spam LB + RB when your power meter is full until you end up breaking the opponent's attack, simple as that.

I just got it in Sparring. I kept pressing "A" to build up my crown, once it was full I pressed attack button on the 2nd controller (with my feet lol) to attack my character. Right when I was attacking I spammed RB and LB on the 1st controller. Go it my 1st try.

A "breaker" in this game is essentially equal to what a "parry" is in Street Fighter III and onward: "reverse" blocking an attack.
Where you normally block an attack and gives you limited damage, a parry does the same thing but without losing health with a high risk-reward chance you can chain a combo attack but it needs timing. Charge up the super by blocking and attacking your opponent.
Press and at the same time the CPU hits you. It will say BREAKER onscreen and you did it right. The best moment to perform these is right at the start of the second round!
Update is released, version now should be
1.0.6.3 and achievements do unlock!
Faust obviously is the guy with the mohawk.

For those with their settings showing unlock text, the achievement requirement is: EXECUTE A BREAKER WITH FAUST.
