I think specifically this is for a 30 hit combo - that was exactly where it unlocked for me.

The first fight I was able to do this on was chapter 7, Tucker Dawson. Everyone else was beaten in less than 30 hits. Just keep moving towards him and spam B three times to knock him down 10 times. The 30-hit combo unlocks it.

This achievement requires you to get a 30-hit combo, since the description doesn't help at all.

If you follow the advice in either WORLD CHAMPION (100G) or UNSTOPPABLE! (200G), playing as Kaveiro and spamming button-b.png the entire fight, you will unavoidably unlock this achievement (and IN YOUR FACE! (200G)) if/when you face an opponent with 1400 health. Opponents with 1100 or 1200 health will die when you're around a 28 combo, before you can reach 30. During Career Mode, you're guaranteed to fight at least one opponent with 1400 health, ensuring you unlock this achievement on the way.

Another option is to just play a King of the Hill match on the easiest difficulty (go into Options first to lower it to Glassjaw), and then just spam button-a.png while holding towards your opponent. As long as you don't get interrupted, you will easily clear a 30 combo.
