You might be looking around like:"Who the F is "Kaveiro" ?!
And you are right! From any mode besides practice and the 2 on 2 fight mode, pick Fausto and press
Kaveiro is a mix between Faust and Mr Mayhem.
Charge up the super by blocking and attacking your opponent. until you see a crown icon. Press both
and
whenever the opponent is about to strike. For some reason this works best whenever a round opens and you are in close range with the opponent.
When you see "Breaker!" onscreen you did it right!

I guess it horrible, they alterate the % before even release the update ¬¬

From the main menu, select Brawl Night if you have a single controller or Vs. Mode if you have 2 controllers.
If in Brawl Mode, select the first fight against O’Bryan, then select Kaveiro (done by selecting Faust as your fighter then hit X). Once the fight starts, let Kaveiro get beat up a bit and give some punches to build up his power in the bottom left corner. Once it shows a crown in the bottom left, let Kaveiro get hit and press+ as you get hit to execute a breaker.
If you are using 2 controllers, select VS. Mode. Select Kaveiro as your character with controller 1 and any character with the second controller. Select the venue to proceed. Use controller 2 to beat on your controller 1 to build controller 1’s power. When controller 1 gets a crown in the bottom left, hit controller 1 with controller 2 and press+ on controller 1 as you get hit to execute a breaker.

This achievement requires you to perform a Breaker with Kaveiro. To choose Kaveiro as a fighter, highlight Faust on the character select screen and then press 
.
All of the Breaker-related achievements can be done in either Brawl Fight mode (if you just have one controller, or don't want to use a second), or in Versus mode (if you have a second controller). It's honestly just as easy with a single controller in Brawl Fight mode, so no need to go out of your way to use a second controller. NOTE that Mr Mayhem can't be used in Brawl Fight, for whatever reason. Instead, you'll need to play Spetzfest mode with him.
Load up the first fight in Brawl Fight (or Spetzfest, with Mr Mayhem), and pick the require fighter from the achievement description. You'll need to first fill up your Super meter in the box in the lower left. This is most easily done by just spamming
against your opponent over and over. It will likely fill up their Super meter first, but don't worry about that. Just get yours filled. Once it's full, you'll need to wait for them to punch you, and then press 
+ 
to "break" their attack. Don't fret about the timing, as I was pretty late the first couple times and it still counted. When done correctly, the word "Breaker" will appear on screen and the associated achievement will unlock immediately. You can then quit to the character select screen and repeat for each character.
